How much do your staff cost?
Our competitive hourly fees vary depending on the type of staff and the event date. Please visit our pricing page to find the latest information about our fees and current promotions.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Due to extremely high demand, we always recommend booking as far in advance as possible. Typically we recommend booking no less than 30 days out from your event, but please don't hesitate to contact us for any last-minute needs, and we will work with you to see what we can do. For holiday events, we recommend booking 90 days in advance.
What is the deposit | payment schedule?
We require 50% payment of the total at the time of booking. The remaining final balance, including any overages or add-ons, will be invoiced within (5) business days following your event.
Are your bartenders TABC certified?
Yes! All of our bartenders are TABC certified. In fact, all of our staff are TABC certified and/or hold a food handler's license, and all staff are covered under a $2 million general liability policy.
What will your staff wear?
All of our staff will arrive in the uniform of your choice. We offer a variety of standard uniform options including traditional bistro style, vest and tie, and more. Please view our pricing guide to see examples of the uniform choices. If you have a specific uniform request for your event, let us know and we will work with you to see what can be arranged.
Do I need to tip your staff?
Tipping is at the client's discretion. While it is never required or expected, it is certainly appreciated.
Is there a minimum?
The majority of our staffing services have a (4) hour minimum with the exception of setup/strike crew members who have a (3) hour minimum.
How many staff do I need for my event?
As a standard, we recommend (1) server per (15) guests for a plated meal, (1) server per (25) guests for a buffet meal, and (1) bartender per (75) guests. For further assistance with staffing suggestions, please give our event specialists a call at (281) 779-1287.
